Do You offer a free trial?
Absolutely, we do offer free trial. Send us your images to info@photo-editing-service.com. Alternatively you can also send files using FTP, WeTransfer, Dropbox or any medium you prefer.
How do I get started?
To Get started send 2-3 raw photos for FREE TRIAL through Email or Dropbox or weTransfer at info@photo-editing-service.com including instructions and we’ll get back to you with your images along with the price.
How I can send images for editing? Do you provide FTP ? How you insure security of FTP ?
Send us your files using Dropbox, WeTransfer or email at info@photo-editing-service.com We can also provide you FTP account to upload your files for faster downloading and uploading. Rest assured about security, We create separate account for each client with unique username and password.
What kind of file types do you accept?
We accept most of photo formats including JPG, GIF, PNG, PSD, EPS and RAW files like DNG, NEF, RW2, CR2, TIFF file format.
How do you insure safety of my photos (and edited photos)? Do you have Privacy policy?
We sign a non-disclosure agreement with all our employees and none of your image will be taken our of workplace to be used for any other purpose. We have firewall installed in All our computers and hardware. Check out our privacy policy on here.
What is your turn around time?
In working day we send processed photos within 12-24 hours. For bulk photo processing like images up to 500 will take 1 – 2 business days for your photos to be done.
Do I need to pay for any corrections I might have?
Once we understand the work, there is no scope of error. In case there is some misunderstanding about your instructions, we do the corrections free of cost. Any other minor corrections are also done free of cost.
Any discount for large number of photos ?
Yes we do consider a special price for bulk orders.
What are the countries where you offer your services?
Online work have no geographical boundaries. We are working for clients all around the world.
